What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges without requiring residential care. At the ASAM 2.1 level, services include individual and group therapy, skill-building sessions, and when appropriate Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to support recovery and reduce relapse risk. Offered multiple times per week, IOP allows individuals to receive consistent care while continuing daily responsibilities such as work, school, and family life creating a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

Who is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for?

People with mild–to–moderate substance use disorders that are stable enough to live at home while getting treatment.

Individuals that are stepping down from higher levels of care who still need strong support.

Individuals dealing with things like depression, anxiety, or trauma alongside substance use, who need integrated, frequent therapy.

People that have work, school, or family responsibilities, but benefit from multiple therapy sessions per week, group support, and structure to stay on track.

Schedule

Currently, we offer in person morning groups Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:30am to 12:30.

Groups are offered virtually Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm.
